Blockchain compiles records called blocks these blocks are coded and once the data is recorded it is locked into a series of vaults. The recorded data can not be changed by accessing it manually all the blocks in the chain have to be in alignment, kind of like cracking the code for a safe but way harder.
It seems that it is getting harder and harder to keeps our personal information from being compromised and blockchain appears to be something that will repair these issues.
Blockchain was first introduced in 2008 and was put in place in 2009 as a key foundation for the cryptocurrency bitcoin.
Reskilling The Human Workforce
Machines are quickly becoming more advanced within work forces. With the ability to be able to increase their digital process this is equipping them to do exactly what we do at a faster rate. With the constant adaptation of machines 2020 is a new year of upcoming gadgets to increase productivity within the workforce.
Businesses will have to train their employees differently they will have let go of old concepts and move forward into the future with new ones. School curriculums will also have to change in order to educate students and prepare them for entering into the workplace.
